Opening Reception: November 13, 2025 | 6–9 PM | Open to the Public Exhibition Dates: November 13, 2025 – February 13, 2026
Moscow, Idaho — November 6, 2025— THE PIERIAN Gallery is pleased to announce This Side of Nature, an exhibition that brings together two distinguished local artists—Ryan Law and Dave Gressard—in a contemplative exploration of wildlife and the artistic process. The exhibition invites viewers to consider how human creativity interprets and reshapes the natural world through form and texture.
Law’s intricate sculptures, constructed from clay, evoke both the strength and fragility of life in the wild. Gressard’s vivid pieces, rich with motion and emotional resonance, capture the spirit and immediacy of his subjects. Together, their works forge a dialogue between material and our imagination, between human perception and wildlife.
An Opening Reception will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 6–9 PM at THE PIERIAN Gallery. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the artists and experience the exhibition in its inaugural setting.
As part of This Side of Nature, the gallery will also host an interactive clay and drawing activity for children throughout the exhibition, offering young visitors a hands-on opportunity to engage with the artistic processes explored by Law and Gressard. This educational component aims to foster curiosity and appreciation for the creative interpretation of the natural world.
This Side of Nature will remain on view through February 13, 2026.
